My wife and I migrated to Queensland early in 2007 after selling our business in the UK. We first met Clive Herrald of Global Pension Transfers (GPT) at the Emigrate show at Sandown Park in March 2006 before we got our visas but we were at that stage gathering information and asking questions about our planned move to Australia.

Whilst these changes have occurred our assets have been fully protected, something we both are extremely thankful for.

I first had discussions with Clive Herrald of Global Pension Transfers (GPT) in 2003 when I was considering the option of returning to Australia to live after an extensive career in Business Management and Motor Sport that spanned over 30years. I was born in Australia and held an Australian Passport but my wife is British and wished to retain her connection with the UK. Our daughter moved permanently to Brisbane a few years prior which added to the incentive for us to do likewise.

My funds are now fully protected in a number of different structures in Australia where I have complete access to my funds on a tax free basis, we've also benefited from Clive's currency management in protecting our capital.

I can only speak in glowing terms of the way Clive and his team at GPT have worked with me to meet my needs and to maintain compliance with the Australian tax and superannuation rules that changed dramatically.
